Dear Mr. Beck,
I enclose a note of our charges. On looking through the notes I made at the time, I see that I was engaged most of the 11th January and practically all of the 12th January on the Agreement and it is a wonder anyone had time for lunch that day!
I was glad to hear when you called last month that the Company had received tax clearance and had paid you the £1512.10.0d in full.
